St. Bernard’s Church in Waterville, New York hired Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. to prepare a review of the condition of the existing masonry towers on their Historic Church Building.

This included evaluation of the existing conditions, documentation of deficiencies, and recommendations for both stabilization and restoration.  After completion of the study of existing conditions, Teitsch-Kent-Fay Architects, P.C. prepared construction documents, and other bidding materials for the Project.

After bidding we assisted the Parish with the Construction Administration.
